The Market

Los Angeles is obviously one of the biggest real estate markets in the United States. Having lived in the area for close to twenty years, I intimately understand the layout of the city and its different neighborhoods. I focus on areas I have personally lived in, so I can provide an accurate perspective of what it’s like to live there.

Those areas are: North Hollywood (artsy)/Toluca Lake (upscale), Hollywood (artsy)/West Hollywood (trendy), Mount Washington (amazing views of downtown)/Eagle Rock (trendy), and Santa Clarita (where I currently live - great schools and safe for a suburban living).

Because I had a previous background in film production, where I drove through many parts of LA daily, I’m never biased about sticking to one particular neighborhood and like to find the perfect fit for my clients based on their needs and taste.
