Investing in Dallas

Today’s hot market, Dallas, Texas.

Situated roughly three and a half hours from either Houston, Austin, or Oklahoma City, Dallas is in a great location.

What’s cool about Dallas as an investment market comes down to three things:

1) It’s the most moved to city in the country. The Dallas-Forth Worth market leads the united states in metros with the largest number of new residents.

2) Jobs, jobs and more jobs. American Airlines, AT&T, and Chase to name a few.

3) The city is affordable with high rents. Zillow has the average home at $270,907 with a projected increase of 4.8% over the next 12 months.

Average rent sits at $1600 with over half of the city being renters, with very landlord friendly laws.

Suburbs like Frisco and Plano offer great affordability with excellent schools, and these areas lean more to an appreciation hold.
